We worked in conjunction with the artist and designer as well as personnel from each venue, installation technicians, lighting designers and a metalwork fabricator. We managed and implemented each installation and deinstallation and the maintenance of the works on display and between venues. Working with 14-18NOW, we project managed and implemented the 19 venue touring programme of The Wave and The Weeping Window, sculptures drawn from the 2014 installation of poppies at the Tower of London, Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red. Starting at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park in 2105 and concluding with a display at the Imperial War Museum London, timed to coincide with Remembrance Day 2018, we designed and planned each installation to respond to the architecture of the site.
